Ethanisms

I feel it my duty to post the Ethanisms that were relayed to me:

Ethan is talking like crazy and keeping us laughing with the things he says. Here are a few of the best ones:

After asking me a few times to get him out of the stroller at the mall:
"Mama, I dont' want to ask you again!"

"Mama, you have marbles in your eyes!" (just noticing the color of eyeballs)

"You're a good boy, Daddy."

After falling down and being asked if he wanted to be held by mom or dad:
"Daddy. Because he doesn't have baby brother inside."

"Thank you, honey bear, for giving me some honey to put on my sandwich!"

"I wanna help you laundry, mama!" (and I wanna help you dinner, I wanna help you vacuum...)


What a great kid. Emily is getting through the days a few hours at a time, trying to remember that it's okay to feel completely exhausted 24/7 when you're making a baby, and that if this little guy turns out to be even half as cute as Ethan, it will all have been worth it.
